Hayley: The Best Thing I Ate All Week

Grilled carrots.

Grilled onions.

Avocado.

Corn OFF the cob. Not grilled.

(Try it raw. It’s sweet and crunchy and not too squishy and doesn’t leave corn “shells” in your teeth.)

LIME JUICE. Freshly squeezed.

    I love corn off the cob! Wayy better than on. And I recently rediscovered a love for grilled onion… basically I want this plate now!


  3. I think that was probably the best poem I have ever read. How is that not published?! :P

    Corn off the cob is SO much better than on the cob because it’s such a pain in the ass to eat it and it’s so messy. I don’t like having corn bits dribbling down my face. It’s not attractive in any way.

    I’ve never had corn raw, before. I don’t know if I’d like it. I’m a big corn-on-the-cob girl. I know you get all the nasty bits in your teeth but it is just so good!!!
