Grilled carrots.
Grilled onions.
Avocado.
Corn OFF the cob. Not grilled.
(Try it raw. It’s sweet and crunchy and not too squishy and doesn’t leave corn “shells” in your teeth.)
LIME JUICE. Freshly squeezed.
–A poem*

*Shrimp and kale not included because they were not important enough.

Mushroom burger is good, but this is good in a different way. Much fresher… so fresh and so clean clean.

But it doesn’t have the magic touch Georgo Foreman provides.

I love corn off the cob! Wayy better than on. And I recently rediscovered a love for grilled onion… basically I want this plate now!

I think that was probably the best poem I have ever read. How is that not published?!
Corn off the cob is SO much better than on the cob because it’s such a pain in the ass to eat it and it’s so messy. I don’t like having corn bits dribbling down my face. It’s not attractive in any way.

When it makes it into its first anthology, I’ll send you the first copy

Thanks for visiting my blog! I hadn’t seen yours before and you’re right-ours are pretty similar! haha
I’ve never had corn raw, before. I don’t know if I’d like it. I’m a big corn-on-the-cob girl. I know you get all the nasty bits in your teeth but it is just so good!!!

I must say, the shrimp would probably be my favorite part of this meal. But the avocado wouldn’t be too far behind
Hope you girls have had a wonderful weekend!

I am such a fanatic when it comes to textures and this looks like a meal full of good texture…and thanks for identifying who the real stars are in the dish!
